VENDOR INFORMATION
If you have attended in the past, we would like to thank you for your continued interest and help in making this event a success! If you are new to the event, we would like to welcome you to be a part of it with us. We do limit the number of vendors providing "like" products to provide a good variety. (see the Vendor Information Tab) Please note the ECVC is a "Green Facility" and distribution of promotional materials that can be discarded as litter must be approved in advance. Distribution of balloons is prohibited. This year we have some great events and attractions planned. We are also in the process of booking well-known outdoor speakers, demonstrators, attractions, entertainment, and events. This website will be updated as information becomes available. This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. You will need to provide your own tent, table and chairs. A limited number of electric sites are available to food vendors. Set up is Friday, 9am-7pm. NO EXCEPTIONS Event hours are Saturday, 8am-7pm and Sunday, 8am-5pm. You must remain set up during event hours. (Both days the center and grounds open at 8am and guests will start arriving at that time) If you need a tent/table/chairs call: Tent Express in St. Marys: (814) 834-4349 (must call by July 28) ** Please note that wi-fi is now available** Tear down hours begin at 5pm ** any vendor tearing down early, disobeying rules or being disrespectful to staff/volunteers WILL NOT be permitted to return. Please use our online registration form or download the form below and return with payment as soon as possible. Vendors will be approved by the organization. After approval, a deposit of 1/2 your booth fee is due immediately to reserve your space. The remaining 1/2 is due by July 31, 2020
