If you are new to the event, we would like to welcome you to be a part of it with us. We do limit the number of vendors providing "like" products to provide a good variety.
Please note the ECVC is a "Green Facility" and distribution of promotional materials that can be discarded as litter must be approved in advance. Distribution of balloons is prohibited.
This year we have some great events and attractions planned. We are also in the process of booking well known outdoor speakers, demonstrators, attractions, entertainment and events. This website will be updated as information becomes available.
This is an outdoor event, rain or shine. You will need to provide your own tent, table and chairs. A limited number of electric sites are available to food vendors. Set up hours are Friday, 9am - 7pm.
Event hours are Saturday, 8am - 8pm and Sunday, 8 am - 5pm. You must remain set up during event hours. (Both days the Center and grounds open at 8am and guests will start arriving at that time)

Tear down hours begin at 5pm.
Please use our online registration form. Vendors will be reviewed and a determination will be made for approval by the organization.
Previous vendors get priority registration.

After approval, a deposit of 1/2 your booth fee is due immediately to reserve your space. The remaining 1/2 is due by July 31, 2017.
